A recruitment evening at Blaby District Council is being held for anyone interested in joining the Local Authority.
16 vacancies are being advertised at the Council across various departments throughout the week, from Grounds Maintenance Operatives out and about in the district to Admin Team Leader for the award-winning Lightbulb programme.

Four men arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a man in Wigston have been released under investigation.
The men – two aged 20, one aged 21 and one aged 19 – had been arrested yesterday evening (Wednesday).
