ADVANCE NOTICE OF A TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER

A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) is to be made for the following location: LEICESTER ROAD & COVENTRY ROAD, SHARNFORD.

The purpose of the TTRO is to allow Leicestershire County Council to safely facilitate carriageway patching work.

'Pop-Up' Second Hand Bookshop

With thanks to the Sapcote Farm Shop, I have created a 'Pop-Up' second hand bookshop at the end of Donkey Lane and the bridle way from Sharnford between the two villages.

All proceeds go to the Sharnford Chapel restoration fund. Suggested donation is 50p per book or 3 for £1. There is a good variety of 'as new' paperbacks and more books being added frequently... for your summer reading pleasure.... Read More »
